CISC vs RISC Architectures on Sensor Hubs

Happy Monday to everyone.  As Mobile World Congress 2014 is in full swing, I wanted to share an article that was recently published in Design News:

The Pros & Cons to Sensor Hub & Sensor Sub-System Management

The article details specifically with pros and cons of the various approaches to sensor hub management, including AP-based, MCU (RISC-based), and discrete CISC-based approaches, like the ArcticLink 3 S1.  Being that this is a journal article, we are forbidden from specifically espousing the virtues of our device, but we hope that the article speaks for itself!
