New Q&A Question: Is there a set date…

Posted on July 10, 2013 by Tim Saxe

Another question received today via the Q&A feature:

Is there a set date when I could expect to see the new tablets/products with your technology in them?

A good question.  We will continue to provide updates as to our design/production sales status during our next earnings call, scheduled for July 31st.  Right now, I cannot provide anymore clarity beyond that.

I know this response may seem like a broken record to some, but our NDA’s bind us to some very strict confidentiality terms, which more often than not include announcing specific production timings.  These NDA’s are standard across the mobile industry; I’ve worked for almost a decade for companies that supply components to the mobile handset, PC, smartphone, tablet, and DSC/DSLR markets, and I can say that NDA’s have only gotten more strict and more rigorous over that time.

While it sometimes may not seem it, we strive to provide as much clarity for our investors as possible.
