Edgar Auslander Leaves QuickLogic Board

Posted on May 7, 2014 by Tim Saxe

We issued a form 8-K today, indicating that Edgar Auslander has resigned from our Board of Directors.  While Edgar has only been a part of our board for a short time, he nonetheless has made contributions to the company which I believe will continue to benefit us well into the future.

I have received a number of questions about this resignation.   To address any concerns, Edgar has asked me to pass along the following statement:

“I deeply regret leaving QuickLogic’s Board.  I was very much looking forward to continuing my role as a director working with the management team on its strategic vision.  Unfortunately, my resignation was prompted by my acceptance of a job that may pose a conflict of interest and I could not in all good conscience remain on the Board.  I think very highly of QuickLogic, its executives, and its business model.”

We at QuickLogic wish Edgar the best in his future endeavors.
